소개

Global Marketing Team is responsible for shaping MEDIPEEL's long-term growth roadmap and developing integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies across both online and offline channels. Through in-depth market and consumer analysis, we establish brand positioning and product strategies while delivering compelling stories that clearly communicate why customers should choose our brand. In this role, you will lead influencer marketing and TikTok Shop growth initiatives for the European market, driving both brand awareness and revenue growth. Working closely with creators, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in expanding MEDIPEEL's presence and performance in the region.

주요업무

1) Europe Influencer Marketing & Content Operations -Conduct market research and consumer trend analysis for key European markets. -Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with European influencers and content creators. -Plan, develop, and manage UGC and short-form content initiatives tailored to the European audience. -Analyze influencer campaign performance and generate actionable insights. -Manage communication with external agencies, creators, and business partners across Europe. -Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement in the region. 2) TikTok Shop & Amazon Integrated Marketing -Monitor and optimize key TikTok Shop KPIs, including sales, conversion rate, and ROAS within available European regions. -Build and manage Creator and Affiliate-driven sales programs. -Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies. -Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Amazon EU seasonal promotions and key retail events. -Drive traffic and conversion between TikTok Shop and Amazon channels. Key Objectives -Expand brand awareness and customer reach across the European market. -Build and scale a high-performing influencer and creator network in Europe. -Accelerate TikTok Shop growth and optimize sales performance. -Improve Amazon EU channel performance and conversion rates. -Establish a data-driven marketing operation and performance measurement framework.

자격요건

-3–7 years of experience in marketing. -Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships. -Experience in, or strong understanding of, marketing for the European market. -Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with overseas influencers, agencies, and business partners via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings. -Experience analyzing marketing performance data and driving measurable improvements. -Eligible for international business travel.

-Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns in European countries (e.g., UK, Germany, France, etc.). -Hands-on experience operating TikTok Shop. -Experience with Amazon Seller Central (Europe). -Experience with performance marketing platforms such as TikTok Ads or Meta Ads. -Experience with Shopify or e-commerce operations. -Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer brands. -Experience planning and managing UGC content initiatives.
