소개
gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech's role is to help bring them to life. Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally.
주요업무
• Work with external clients and internal sales stakeholders to identify key customer business objectives through a consultative approach. • Lead client meetings and explore the opportunities for joint technical plans and packaged solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives. • Develop expertise of the Google advertising products and customer infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions and meet customer needs. • Lead complex multi-quarter technical projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external teams (i.e., technical and non-technical team members). • Own end-to-end technical relationships with the assigned publishers – covering both technical consultations and troubleshooting escalations.
자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales. • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
우대사항
• 3 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales. • 3 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL). • 2 years of experience in building iOS/Android applications. • Experience in problem-discovery, problem-solving, analysis, and communication, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience. • Ability to develop scripts or diagnostic workflows and synthesize complex technical logs into actionable commercial solutions. • Excellent collaboration skills including the ability to work actively with cross-functional groups.
