Amazon Web Services is seeking a senior marketing leader to define and execute the marketing strategy for Korea — one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important markets in the Asia Pacific region. This is a player/coach role: you will set the long-term marketing direction for Korea while staying deeply connected to execution across demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, digital marketing, and public relations. As the Head of Marketing for Korea, you will be the single-threaded owner of marketing strategy, planning, and campaign execution targeting startups, developers, digital natives, SMBs, enterprises, and public sector customers across Korea.

주요업무

• Create compelling, results-driven marketing plans, complete with market assessments that deliver identified objectives to the business • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy for Korea - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. • Lead overall implementation of marketing programs including lead generation activities, eMarketing campaigns, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & developer marketing programs, etc. • Organize, assist and implement marketing events, including the AWS Summits, exhibitions, seminars, tradeshows and product launches. • Day to day management and development of the marketing team. • Work closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. • Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact Amazon Web Services brand equity.

자격요건

• 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience • Experience managing teams • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams • Experience managing and developing marketing teams • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and measure marketing effectiveness

우대사항

• Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social • Experience leading across multiple locales • Experience in B2B technology marketing, cloud computing, or SaaS industries • Deep understanding of the Korea technology and enterprise market landscape • Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including digital display, online video, paid social, and event marketing • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
