소개

This position oversees Nurilounge’s overall social media communication, with a primary focus on Instagram. You will consistently represent the Nurilounge service across all touchpoints—from establishing content strategy to execution and community management. Additionally, you will serve as a "Brand Host," bridging the gap between online storytelling and offline brand experiences. 본 포지션은 누리라운지의 Instagram을 중심으로 한 SNS 커뮤니케이션 전반을 총괄하며, 콘텐츠 전략 수립부터 실행, 커뮤니티 운영 접점에서 누리라운지 서비스를 일관되게 표현합니다. 온라인 스토리텔링과 오프라인 브랜드 경험을 연결하는 브랜드 호스트(Brand Host) 역할을 겸합니다.

주요업무

# Social Media Marketing & Execution • Plan, manage, and execute content across Instagram and other relevant platforms • Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other social social content • Stay up to date with social media, creator, and platform trends and proactively apply them to content planning • Manage Instagram DMs, comments, and community interactions • Respond in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner # Content Creation • Oversee content planning, shooting, and basic editing • Branded content creation and brand strategy support • Appear as the face (host) of Nurilounge on social media when needed and film content directly for official channels # Performance & Reporting • Monitor performance metrics and engagement insights • Share regular reports and optimization suggestions # 소셜 미디어 마케팅 및 운영 • 인스타그램을 포함한 주요 소셜 미디어 채널 전반의 콘텐츠 전략을 기획·관리·실행 • 게시물, 릴스, 스토리 등 다양한 소셜 콘텐츠를 제작·게시·스케줄링 • 소셜 미디어, 크리에이터, 플랫폼 트렌드를 지속적으로 모니터링하고 이를 콘텐츠 기획에 선제적으로 반영 • 소셜 미디어 커뮤니케이션의 주요 창구 역할 수행 및 DM, 댓글 등 커뮤니티 전반 관리 • 브랜드에 적합한 톤으로 신속하고 전문적인 커뮤니케이션 응대 # 콘텐츠 제작 • 콘텐츠 기획, 촬영, 기본 편집 전반 총괄 • 브랜디드 콘텐츠 제작 및 브랜드 전략 보조 • 필요 시 Nurilounge 공식 소셜 채널에서 호스트(페이스) 역할로 직접 출연 및 콘텐츠 촬영 진행 # 성과 분석 및 리포팅 • 콘텐츠 성과 지표 및 참여도 데이터 모니터링 • 정기적인 리포트 공유 및 개선·최적화 제안 도출

자격요건

• Native-level English writing and communication skills, along with business-level proficiency in Korean • Proven experience in overseas markets or social media management and operations (minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media–related roles) • Comfortable appearing on camera as the host of official brand social channels and directly creating content when required • Available for full-time, on-site (Gangnam, Seoul) work; for foreign nationals, a valid E-7 or F-series visa (F-2, F-4, F-6) is required • Native 수준의 뛰어난 영문 작성, 커뮤니케이션 능력과 비즈니스 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분 • 해외 또는 소셜 미디어 관리 및 운영 경험 입증이 가능하신 분 (소셜 미디어 관련한 총 경력 2년 이상) • 브랜드 공식 소셜 채널의 호스트로서 직접 카메라 앞에 서고 콘텐츠를 제작하는 업무에 거부감 없으신 분 • 사무실 출근(On-site) 및 풀타임 근무 가능하신 분, 외국 국적인 경우 E-7, F시리즈 (F-2, F-4, F-4, F-6) 비자 필수

• Actively consumes a wide range of digital content and regularly creates Reels or short-form videos • Has hands-on experience using marketing tools and/or has worked as a creator on social media platforms • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage work in a structured and organized manner • Demonstrates a strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and the creator ecosystem • Proficient in video production tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Instagram Reels editor, and After Effects • 평소 다양한 콘텐츠를 소비하고 릴스나 숏폼 영상을 제작하시는 분 • 마케팅 관련 툴 직접 소셜미디어에서 크리에이터로 활동한 경험이 있으신 분 • 꼼꼼하고 주도적이며 체계적으로 업무를 수행하시는 분 • 인스타그램 트렌드, 알고리즘 및 크리에이터 생태계에 대한 높은 이해도가 있으신 분 • 캡컷, 프리미어 프로, 인스타그램 릴스 편집기, 애프터 이펙트 등 동영상 제작 툴을 잘 다루시는 분
