Kyte의 드론 물류 소프트웨어 시스템 개발을 이끌 소프트웨어 개발 팀장 (Software Engineering Lead)를 찾고 있습니다. 이 포지션은 서울 (서초구) 로스앤젤레스(CA) 또는 밴쿠버(BC) 근무(원격 가능)로, 고객 주문 접수부터 주문 관리 시스템을 통한 라우팅, 드론 플릿 관리 플랫폼과의 통합, 최적 비행 경로 계획 등 엔드-투-엔드 아키텍처를 총괄하는 핵심 역할입니다. 이 역할은 Kyte의 여러 소프트웨어 제품군을 하나의 통합된 고성능 아키텍처로 결합해 드론 기반 물류의 미래를 위한 기술적 토대를 구축하는 자리입니다. 제품 매니저, 프론트엔드 및 백엔드 엔지니어, 외부 파트너들과 긴밀히 협업하며, 실제 공중 배송을 구동하는 확장 가능한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하게 됩니다. We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of Kyte Dynamics’ drone logistics software systems. Based in Los Angeles, CA or Vancouver, BC (remote eligible), this role will oversee the end-to-end architecture—from receiving and processing customer orders to routing them through our order management system, integrating with our drone fleet management platform, planning optimal flight paths, and everything in between. This role will bring together multiple software suite products into a unified, high-performance architecture—laying the foundation for the future of drone-based logistics. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, front-end and back-end engineers, and third-party vendors to design scalable systems that power real-world aerial deliveries.

• 클라우드 기반 통합 드론 물류 소프트웨어 스택 설계 및 개발 주도 • 주문 접수, 주문 관리, 플릿 라우팅, 미션 플래닝 등 전반적인 기술 비전 및 실행 책임 • 제품 요구사항 정의, 시스템 설계, 테스트 및 배포 관리 • 타사 플랫폼 및 API와의 통합을 위한 팀 및 파트너 간 협업 조율 • UTM(Unmanned Traffic Management) 통합, 실시간 통신, 기상 정보 기반 라우팅 등 복합적인 기술 과제 해결 • 단기 PoC(Proof of Concept) 및 파일럿을 지원하면서도 장기적인 확장성을 고려한 아키텍처 설계 • Architect and lead the development of an integrated, cloud-based drone logistics software stack • Own the technical vision and execution across order ingestion, management, fleet routing, and mission planning • Define and manage product requirements, system design, testing, and deployment • Coordinate across teams and partners to ensure cohesive integration of third-party platforms and APIs • Tackle cross-disciplinary challenges such as UTM integration, real-time communications, and weather-aware routing • Build for scale while supporting near-term proof-of-concepts and pilots

자격요건

• 컴퓨터공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위, 또는 이에 상응하는 실무 경험 • 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 분야 5년 이상의 경력 • 프로덕션급 클라우드 인프라 구축 및 운영 경험 • 대규모 프론트엔드 웹 애플리케이션 개발 경험 • 복잡한 시스템 통합, 엔터프라이즈 API, 분산 시스템에 대한 이해 • 시스템적 사고를 기반으로 단기交付와 장기 확장성 간의 균형 감각 • 팀과의 협업을 즐기고, 주도적으로 일하며, 새로운 시스템을 처음부터 만들어가는 데서 보람과 에너지를 얻는 분 • BA/BS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Proven track record deploying and maintaining production-grade cloud infrastructure • Strong experience building large-scale front-end web applications • Familiarity with complex system integrations, enterprise APIs, and distributed systems • Systems thinking mindset and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability • Collaborative, self-driven, and energized by building zero-to-one systems
