주요업무

-Manage overall operations and establish/execute sales growth strategies for European Amazon & TikTok (US, Germany) marketplaces. -Register and optimize listings, manage inventory, and establish pricing policies. -Improve ROAS and optimize marketing budgets through Amazon Ads operation and performance analysis. -Propose new product sourcing and entry strategies based on trend and competitor analysis in the US and European markets. -Plan and operate Amazon promotions and events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.). -Respond to logistics, customs clearance, and local regulations (cosmetics certifications such as CPNP), and collaborate with related departments. -Analyze sales, inventory, and settlement data, and prepare regular reports.

자격요건

-Professionals with a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry or at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations. -Individuals with an understanding of the European market (local consumption trends, regulatory environment, etc.). -Proficiency in business communication (emails, documentation) in English or German. -Candidates with experience handling sales and inventory data using data analysis tools such as Excel.
