[Milestones & Achievements] • 6M+ downloads (2026) • GITEX SuperNova Finalist (2024) • #7 in Education on the U.S. App Store, #4 on the U.K. App Store (2021) • Selected for Korea's TIPS Program (2021) [About the Role] Japanese Content Producer Our Japanese course for English speakers is expanding to the next level (A2 to B1). The curriculum is already planned, and this role is about **turning that plan into finished lessons**. You will own the naturalness of the Japanese and the accuracy of the English explanations, and see production through from casting and filming all the way to upload.
주요업무
[Key Responsibilities] 1.Script Writing & Review • Write lesson and role-play (virtual conversation) scripts based on the planned curriculum. • Review scripts for natural Japanese, accurate English explanations, and alignment with Teuida's teaching style. • Prepare supporting content: practice, review quiz and vocabulary sheets. 2.Production Lead • Cast tutors (who teach the lessons) and actors (who perform the role-play conversations), and prepare rehearsals. • Prepare for shoots and run them on set. • Give feedback on edits, graphics and subtitles (SRT). • Example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wd68sv4IFIY 3.Scheduling & Upload • Own the production timeline for each unit, from script to filming, editing and upload. • Coordinate schedules with editors, designers and freelancers. • Upload content to our CMS, run QA in the app, and manage the release.
자격요건
[What We're Looking For] We're looking for a hands-on person who handles Japanese with precision and drives production through to the finish. [Requirements] • Advanced Japanese proficiency (native or near-native) • Advanced English proficiency (native or near-native) • Understanding of the challenges English speakers face when learning Japanese • Strong communication skills for working with tutors, actors and team members • Able to work from our Seoul office and eligible to work in Korea

[Preferred] • Experience teaching Japanese or a degree in Japanese language education • Experience in video production, filming or directing • Experience managing a project or content production from planning to completion • Korean language skills (our team communicates in both Korean and English) • Experience using AI tools for content creation • Experience learning a foreign language through apps
