자격요건

 Campaign Planning: - 360° integrated campaign planning capability across all media touchpoints - Strong strategic thinking and ideation skills - Proficient in producing a wide range of deliverables — from pitch proposals to executive reports and polished presentation decks  Creative Ideation - Ability to draw on cultural trends, consumer insights, and a genuine passion for the automotive category to develop impactful creative ideas - Proven ability to translate creative concepts into practical, executable campaign plans  Communication Skills - Business communication: Strong ability to comprehend complex contexts across diverse stakeholder interactions; skilled at synthesizing and conveying information clearly - Interpersonal communication: Exceptional collaborative skills suited to a cross-functional, team-oriented environment - Global communication: Confident in proactive, effective communication with agency HQ and APAC-region clients  Presentation Skills - Strong English proficiency with extensive pitch experience - Demonstrated ability to generate compelling ideas and present them persuasively — ideally with an agency AE background  Team Leadership - Hands-on experience leading and managing a team of 3–5 members - Ability to set clear direction, delegate effectively, and develop team members' capabilities  AI Tool Proficiency - Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, productivity platforms) to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output - Proactive in adopting emerging technologies relevant to advertising and planning
