주요업무

• The warehouse operations role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the distribution function, Omni-channel order execution, labor management and other value-added services. • She/he will be responsible for the effective management of O2C / B2C projects: Network Changes and Optimizations, Capacity / volume and/or capabilities enhancement, effectiveness and efficiency enhancements. • Track & maintain KPIs • Inventory mgmt. and reporting / reconciling [3PL Management] • Manage the 3PL, drive for DC process excellence and operation processes as per business needs. • Monitor overall daily performance of the 3PL in Distribution Center (DC) to ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved. • Ensure all warehouse and distribution operations of the 3PL meet government legal required standard. Manage weekly/monthly service review with 3PL to ensure to provide service excellence to customer with optimal cost • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual capacity planning to ensure right capacity based on event/demand plan. • Follow periodic safety/quality audit on 3PL by working closely with global EHS/quality organization • Work with the 3PL and other Supply Chain functions to drive for continuous service improvement to brands. • Ensure that the 3PL complies with the requirements under SAP-WMS standard operating procedures at all times. Support operation audits (e.g., SOX, EHS, security) and ensure that the 3PL can meet all audit requirements. • Play a key role to communicate between Brand (i.e., Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, CS, etc.) and the 3PL. Ensure that the 3PL understand the highly volatile retail market and is agile enough to response to the changes. 자격요건

• Degree in relevant discipline with 3 years of related experience preferably in Logistics Center, 3PL, Freight Forwarder or luxury beauty industry and manufacturing environment. • High computer proficiency (MS Office, SAP, WMS). • Knowledge of the supply chain and warehouse and transport processes • Experience of an outsourced logistics environment & experience of cosmetic industry is preferred. • Proactive and cooperative • Ability to communicate in English at a working level (fluency not required / Enough to read and understand this job posting) • 근무지 경기 안산시 단원구 엠티브이6로18번길 23 (물류센터): 자차출퇴근 가능자 필수 • 업무시간: 9:00-18:00 (적응기간 후 주 2회 재택근무 병행)
