We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Merchandising Specialist to support the Retail Merchandising team. This role will support a broad range of merchandising activities, including business reporting and analysis, inventory management, buying preparation, overseas buying trips, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate a structured and strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that contribute to overall business performance. The position also offers a valuable opportunity to develop comprehensive merchandising expertise across multiple product categories and gain hands on exposure to both local retail operations and global buying processes.

주요업무

• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, sell through, and other relevant data to support seasonal buying and business decisions. • Monitor inventory levels and product performance, and execute stock rotations based on the analysis. • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly business reports, highlighting key performance trends, opportunities, and potential risks. • Participate in overseas buying trips and independently conduct buying for assigned categories, including preparation, order placement, and post buying analysis. • Partner with Retail, Planning and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure timely product launches and effective merchandise execution. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify relevant product and market trends. • Communicate with HQ and central merchandising teams regarding product, order status, deliveries, and other operational matters. • Maintain accurate merchandising data and documentation across relevant systems and reporting tools.

자격요건

• Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or fashion. • Strong commercial mindset and passion for the luxury industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Action Oriented with a proactive and hands on approach. • Strong market and customer focus, with the ability to adapt global strategies to local market needs. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. • Excellent PC Skill (Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent English knowledge and ideally multilingual.
