소개

Nike's Digital Operations team in Korea powers seamless consumer experiences across Nike.com and the Nike App. This role reports to the Manager of Digital Operations Korea and works closely with Business, Planning, Customer Service, Technology teams, and external agencies to execute best-in-class digital commerce.

주요업무

• Lead daily and seasonal digital asset operations, including imagery, copy, and pricing to support flawless product launches • Partner with external agencies to validate assets and ensure Product Detail Page (PDP) accuracy and activation • Analyze asset readiness and activation performance, turning insights into actions that reduce risk and improve outcomes • Act as the local expert on global platform capabilities, driving adoption and educating cross-functional partners • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure a seamless digital experience • Collaborate with Business, Technology, and Operations teams to align priorities and execute with precision • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale best practices across the Korea digital business

자격요건

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations, preferably in a multinational environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field • Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills • High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach

우대사항

• Experience with data and analytics tools such as Airtable, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics preferred
