주요업무

• Recruit top talent in South Korea and other regions in APAC by leveraging recruiting processes, tools and gathering role requirements and recommendations. • Advocate for the applicant and create an excellent experience, supporting applicant assessment, evaluating applicant skills and customer needs, and driving the interview and offer process. • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles; opportunity to work with executive-level stakeholders. • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the applicant, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience. • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.

자격요건

• 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management. • 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team. • Ability to communicate fluently in Korean and English to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

우대사항

• 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. • 1 year of experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent. • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor. • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
